Hollow Crown Parsnip roots are white and free of side roots. Plant in the spring and harvest in early winter in the Midwest. Parsnips take up to 30 days to germinate. Good yield potential in Full sun with adequate moisture and started early. Left in the ground after frost makes them much sweeter. Minimum Seed Count: 200 Seeds.
