It's a yellow, sugary-enhanced (se) variety with a higher sugar content than standard varieties. It also stores well in cold storage, usually for up to 10 days without compromising flavor. Incredible Sweet Corn produces large, 9-inch ears with an attractive husk for market stands or fresh delivery. We recommend planting seeds in the spring for a summer harvest for the best results. The germination process takes around five to 14 days, and full maturity lasts 75 days. For pollination purposes, corn should be planted in a square plot with rows spaced 30-36′′ apart. Planting a few long rows will result in poor germination and the absence of kernels on the cob.
